Refund policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Proof of defects: If you do not have an unboxing video of the order and we fail to verify the cause, Ambhuz.com is not liable for refunds/replacement of such products.

Damages and issues
Despite quality checks, products may get damaged in transit due to courier mishandling. To request a replacement for misprinted, damaged, or defective items:
- Submit your request within 3 days of delivery.
- Provide unboxing videos, photos of the damaged product, and the original packaging.
Exchanges
Please note that we do not offer product exchanges.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refund Policy — Cashback Adjustment
If a refund is requested for any order that received a cashback benefit, the cashback amount will be deducted from the final refunded value.
This ensures that promotional credits are applied only to completed purchases.
